With over 50 years of experience in stage design, installations, and theatrical lighting, PS TEATR fully understands the responsibility that comes with its role. In order to share our knowledge and support the development of future generations of specialists, we have created the Stage Technology Academy — a unique educational platform where experience meets practice, and theory is combined with real-world stage productions.

The Academy is designed both for professionals already working in the industry and for those who are just beginning their journey in stage technology. Our programmes include systematic training courses where participants gain solid foundations for professional work, learn how to operate and programme lighting systems on various consoles, and explore the practical aspects of working on professional theatre, television, and event productions.

A unique value of the Academy lies in the special lectures and sessions conducted by leading Polish Light Designers, including Artur Szyman, Jacek Chojczak, and Marcin Michna, who are invited to participate as industry experts. This is a unique opportunity to discover the behind-the-scenes process of lighting design for major theatre, concert, and television productions, gain inspiration from professionals responsible for prestigious projects, and learn practical techniques used in everyday industry practice.

Through the Stage Technology Academy, participants can combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience, develop their skills in real stage environments, and build valuable professional networks. Our goal is not only to educate future specialists but also to raise standards across the entire industry, create a conscious community of stage professionals, and promote innovative solutions in lighting, stage machinery, and multimedia technologies.

The Stage Technology Academy is a place where passion meets professionalism, and education becomes a tool supporting the development of the entire performing arts sector — from small theatres and production studios to the largest entertainment venues and event spaces in Poland. This is where future experts are shaped — professionals who will create performances, concerts, and lighting installations that will inspire not only artists but the entire industry.
