Service

We provide warranty service for the equipment we supply, offer post-warranty repairs, and provide technical support for all products available in our portfolio.

The service rate for work performed on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM is PLN 225 net per started service hour.

A travel fee applies for distances exceeding 20 km from our company headquarters and is charged at PLN 2 net per km. Service rates for work carried out outside standard working days and hours are agreed individually with the Customer.

Post-warranty repairs will be carried out without prior customer approval up to a value of PLN 800 net. For repairs exceeding this amount, our service department will contact the Customer to obtain approval of the repair costs. If the Customer does not accept the submitted repair quotation, the Customer will be charged for the cost of the technical assessment.
